It's all but certain that the paper's newsroom will abandon its offices in the World Financial Center and move to the News Corp. tower in Midtown, just a block from BusinessWeek and two blocks from Time Inc. and Fortune. (Condé Nast Portfolio will also be nearby, so defectors won't even need to change their commutes after that.)
