How long have you worked at Ballantine? I've been at Ballantine about eight years. The first seven were spent at Del Rey, which is the science fiction and fantasy imprint at Ballantine. I started there as an assistant and moved up to the position of editor. While I've enjoyed my time at Del Rey, I've also looked forward to the day when I could spread my wings a little. Thankfully, Ballantine has given me that opportunity.
