Garrison: The Perseus Books Group is composed of seven imprints (Basic, Basic Civitas, Counterpoint, Da Capo, Public Affairs, Running Press and Westview), and I acquire for three of them: Basic Books (serious trade non-fiction), Basic Civitas (African-American Studies), and Counterpoint (fiction and narrative non-fiction).
