Hello all,

I am in the process of starting/reviving a new local publication (a newer version of one I used to edit) and I am trying to recruit writers. The problem is that I live in an area without an abundance of freelance writers (Flint, MI).

I have tapped into the local colleges and thier J-schools, as most of the work would be entry level and not pay much, but was wondering if anyone else had any experience with finding new writers.

Post an ad on Craigs list, depending on where you are, it will be free or cheap. You can search resumes there for free as well.
