i wonder if others have the same experience with the work IT guy. he barges into offices at any time of the day to install an "update" to computers. i've seen him come into my locked office during my lunch hour and found him reading some sensitive contracts. he always says that anything on this computer belongs to him. i think it belongs to the company. that's the professional dilemma.

on the paranoid level, the IT guy is also dating one of my clients, so i'm concerned some info might be getting where it shouldn't.

we're both buddies with the boss, so i don't want to present this in the paranoid way. any thoughts?

I hope you wrote this from home, using a different account etc. than your work computer.

I think you should write a book about it, because it's a wacky situation you describe.

I think you are correct to be concerned about someone looking at information that doesn't matter to them.

If this was any other forum, I would think you wrote this just to generate traffic on the forum. But they don't have enough folks to get rid of spam here, so I doubt that's the case. : )
