Hi All,

I'm a freelance editor preparing for vacation. I am subcontracting work to a professional friend while I am away. Any idea where I can find an editorial-specific subcontracting agreement online? Or an appropriate compensation agreement. I've found some free legal forms in various corners of the internet but none are quite right.
