I'm putting together a health/fitness story and I'd like to interview people who changed their diets and noticed positive changes in their skin (e.g. drank more water and skin looked better; gave up coffee or soda or smoking and skin looked younger, etc..)

How on earth do I find people to interview?

there must be some association for dieticians, etc.
i'm sure they have some success stories.
maybe talk to personal trainers too.
find smoking cessation clinics to intvw ex-smokers.

I have a friend who represents a great fitness trainer, who I'm sure would love to give you an interview. She may also have clients that have changed their diets as well. If interested, email me and I'll get you the contact.

I take people on weight-loss backpacking trips and serve food that is usually a lot healthier than what participants usually eat, plus it's all vegetarian.

I could ask my attendees if any of them noticed a startling metamorphosis if you'd like.

Thanks,
Steve

have you tried profnet.com? sometimes i find non-experts there who are willing to help/share their 'real life' stories.
