Job Details

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:1+ years of experience as a Mechanical Design DrafterAutodesk Inventor and AutoCAD experience requiredAbility to make 3D models and precise engineering drawingsAbility to read and interpret mechanical drawings

PREFERRED SKILLS:Familiarity with Mechanical Engineering terminology, especially in piping, structural, and sheet metal drawingsCompletion of a Drafting Technology Program or an Associate's degree

SUMMARY:We're in search of a talented Mechanical Design Drafter with 1-5 years of experience to become part of our vibrant team. In this role, you'll be tasked with translating HVAC system design concepts into intricate layouts, utilizing input from Engineers and other collaborators. Your proficiency will be pivotal in crafting precise, comprehensive detail drawings crucial for engineering and manufacturing objectives. As a Mechanical Design Drafter, you'll be at the forefront of producing equipment and bill of material lists, integrating accurate weights and specifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop highly detailed and accurate drawings by refining rough drafts, detailed sketches, and notes to fulfill engineering and manufacturing standards.Generate thorough equipment and bill of material lists, guaranteeing precise representation of weights and specifications.Include all necessary views and dimensions essential for streamlined manufacturing procedures.Engage in collaborative teamwork, actively contributing to informed decision-making processes.Efficiently handle multiple projects simultaneously using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.

This is a fully onsite position (no hybrid/remote option).
