Responsibilities:ResponsibilitiesWhat you will be doing:Plan, deploy and optimize programmatic display campaigns that achieve university partner goals and deliver ROI.Collaborate with internal marketing, brand and admissions teams and university partners to define campaign objectives, target audiences and KPIs.Set up ad tagging and tracking.Work directly with university partner stakeholders to implement pixels and placement of form codes for marketing web properties.Design and develop targeted campaign segments using audience targeting techniques, including remarketing, site retargeting, affinity, look-a-like modeling, etc.Continuously monitor campaign performance using advanced reporting tools.Leverage analytics to analyze and optimize marketing activities. Report on campaign pacing, KPIs, trends and future recommendations regularly.Implement campaign optimizations to targeting, bid strategies and creative to maximize campaign performance.Collaborate on data visualization dashboards for partner campaigns.Stay up to date on new advertising opportunities and programmatic industry trends.Deploy test and learn initiatives to deliver integrated engagement strategies.Identify, analyze and evaluate business opportunities using historical campaign performance, consumer research and competitive intelligence.Use problem-solving and organization skills, demonstrate attention to detail, and manage multiple high-profile campaigns.Actively participate in internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives.

Qualifications:QualificationsOur Must Haves:3-5 years of PAID Digital Marketing Experience2-3 years of experience in programmatic media buying, preferably in digital display advertisingDemonstrable expertise with Google Marketing PlatformStrong understanding of programmatic buying platforms, tools and technologies (DSPs, DMPs, SSPs, web analytics, tag managers, etc.)Comfortable with both autonomous and collaborative workOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsCareful attention to detailAbility to handle data with confidentialityAbility to distill data and metrics into actionable insights that support clear recommendationsDemonstrated ability to take ownership, juggle multiple work streams, and deliver on timelinesGood organizational and time management skillsBachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, English, or a related fieldExperience working in an agency environment is preferred, but not requiredLanding page design and coding experience preferred
