Professional Experience
Sportswriter Red Smith said, "There's nothing to writing. All you do is sit down at a typewriter and open a vein." Swap that anachronistic typewriter for my MacBook Pro, and I'll take on such masochism any day!
A seasoned writer and television producer, I've penned everything from a local history book to an installment of A&E Biography to an examination of the emergence of QR codes in the United States. I love finding - and telling - a good human interest story, but can also capably distill complex medical and technical topics into palatable layperson reading material.
Additionally, I'm a longtime television producer/writer with credits including TLC's Trading Spaces, Discovery Channel's Cash Cab, and Food Network's Dinner: Impossible.
I pride myself on wit, accuracy, conscientiousness and the ability to meet deadlines.
