ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Bid and Sales Tool Support (Primary Focus)
- Brand Art Direction
- Digital and Print Graphics

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Bid and Sales Tools Development (Primary Focus – ~70%)
- Act as the lead designer on proposals, bid responses, and other sales materials—helping our team stand out with visually polished, persuasive, and brand-aligned deliverables.
- Build and refine modular templates for use by sales and design teams across all markets.
- Ensure proposal materials are consistent, client-tailored, and visually compelling while meeting internal deadlines.
Brand Art Direction
- Ensure consistent application of the Continua brand across all internal and external touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Marketing leadership to evolve our creative direction and align design work with strategic goals.
- Serve as a brand advocate, educating team members and maintaining high design standards.
Digital and Print Graphics
- Design digital graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Produce print-ready collateral such as flyers and event signage that reflect our professional and modern aesthetic.
Information Design
- Simplify complex information and data through clean, intentional layouts, typography, and infographics—especially within bid and sales documents.
- Partner with content writers and subject matter experts to ensure visual clarity and easy navigation.
Event and Experience Support
- Design cohesive packages for events, experience centers, and branded environments.
- Deliver signage, graphics, and branded materials that enhance attendee experience and reflect Continua’s identity.
Video Editing and Storytelling
- Support the creation of short-form video clips for social, presentations, or proposals, using basic editing and branding techniques.
- Apply an eye for visual storytelling that aligns with the Continua tone and message.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a B2B marketing environment.
- Experience in the contract furniture, commercial interiors, or architecture/design industry strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience with Canva for quick-turn, team-friendly graphics or adapting brand assets across channels.
- Basic video editing skills preferred (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar).
- Strong visual design, layout, and typography skills with an understanding of brand consistency.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize multiple deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with sales, marketing, and design teams.
- A flexible and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality work.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The hiring compensation range for this position is a base salary of $60,000-$81,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
