Our marketing team combines creative, customer-focused strategies with data-driven precision to reach the right customers at the right time, building awareness, and engaging our audience. We’re looking for a Houston-based field marketer to join our team part-time.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and run field marketing events across the Houston area.
  • Own each event from start to finish—find vendors, set up displays, promote the event, and talk with homeowners about Base.
  • Closely collaborate with marketing, customer success, and sales teams to align messaging and strategy.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • Experience in a field marketing role, ideally with homeowner-facing products or services.
  • Able to travel to events across the Houston metro area, including areas like Katy, the Woodlands, and Sugar Land.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and excel in unstructured environments.
  • Willingness to learn about innovative technologies and communicate them clearly to homeowners.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong marketing intuition.
  • A passion for storytelling and building brands.
