Job Details

The Media Operations Specialist role is responsible for supporting the media team in day-to-day department related business functions.

You will partner with media, sales and account team members to assist in execution, testing, delivery, quality control and reporting for campaigns run across search, social, display, video and offline media.

Responsibilities

Traffic and QA ads to be delivered via display, video, search and social campaignsCommunicate regularly and effectively with internal teams regarding creative schedules and needsMonitor campaign reporting to identify patterns, trends and optimization opportunitiesBuild and launch new campaigns in Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Google Ads, Facebook and other self-serve media buying platforms, in accordance with supplied media plans and schedulesPerform daily campaign management of search, social, display and video campaignsManage regular tasks with minimal oversightTroubleshoot workflow problems and/or delays; adapt and proactively repairQualifications

3+ years in digital media ad operations or related roleHands-on, self-serve campaign management experience in DV360, The Trade Desk, Facebook, Google Ads or similar platformsHands-on experience trafficking HTML5 and video creatives in Google Campaign Manager or similar third-party ad serverIntermediate to expert level skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google SheetsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and quantify advertising resultsInnate technical curiosity and high attention to detailYou can manage multiple projects with short timelines in a fast-paced dynamic environmentYou work well under pressure, while maintaining accuracy, strict confidentiality, and a professional demeanorYou enjoy interacting with people at all levels of the organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamworkYou have strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
