Job Summary

At The Porch, Server Expeditors are the backbone of our high service standards. Server Expeditors must practice genuine hospitality by having great floor presence & table side manner as they have direct contact with almost every guest! Essential functions must be performed in a timely manner. Server Expeditors are expected to perform any other tasks as directed by their supervisors.

Food Runner

Food Runners work directly with the Chef to ensure that our guests receive hot, fresh food, exactly they way they ordered it. Communication between servers, food runners & the kitchen is extremely important. Additionally, the food runner is responsible for knowing all menu items and serving these items in a professional manner.

Essential Functions

Assist Servers, Managers, & Chefs in all areas of serviceKnow & proudly serve all of The Porch menu itemsFollow the Steps of ServiceOpening doors & pulling out chairs for guestsRun hot and cold foodComplete Manager requested tasksStanding and/or walking - 100% of time.Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs and frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.
