GRAPHICS INSTALLER FOR COMMERCIAL FLEET WRAPS
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and who is determined to provide outstanding service to our customers. This person must be able to effectively communicate with all members of our team (installers, graphic design, management). Professional experience with vehicle wrapping, other vinyl graphic installation and attention to detail is preferred but will provide training for the right candidate. GRAPHIC DESIGN NOT NEEDED.
Job Description:
Responsible for installation and maintenance of vehicle bodies for vinyl application. May include cleaning vehicles and dismantling hardware. Candidate will install graphics of all sizes on trucks, cab, semis, and other misc. Retail and industrial signage. Some light shop work in production may be needed to prep wrap kits for installation. Candidates must be committed to safety and must have the physical ability to perform the requirements of each job. Climbing ladders, using scaffolds, and catwalks may be required. Most Work is performed on site in the facility.
Experience:
3M CERTIFIED NOT REQUIRED BUT PREFERRED
Installation of printed designs on Vehicles including box trucks, semi-trailers, buses, garbage trucks & more
Shop production includes laminating vinyl, weeding vinyl, applying vinyl to substrates, cutting substrates, and finishing products to prepare them for installation.
Consistently perform with a sense of urgency while maintaining a high-quality product for customers.
Ensure safe and effective sign mounting and installation.
Perform maintenance and repairs as needed.
Clear debris from job sites post-installation
Confirms graphics accurately conform to the work order (i.E., spelling, medium, size, etc.)
Prepares worksite by removing previous graphics, preparing surfaces.
Follow all safety policies and procedures during preparation and installation.
Install graphics in strict compliance with the work order.
Performs a quality control review and reports findings to supervisor.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 YEAR professional experience with vehicle wrapping and other vinyl application installation preferred.
Must have a high attention to detail and ability to remain organized.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with target dates.
Ability to read measurements and figure out dimensions for placement.
Desire to receive additional training/education when opportunities arises.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Or more.
Pay DOE of $20 and is paid weekly! The interview will consist of a shop tour, interview with shop manager and printing manager, a skills test with applying vinyl, as well as finally being a team player! This is a great opportunity for someone new in graphics/vinyl that wants to broaden their skills and portfolio!
1st shift6: 30am - 5: 00pm Monday - Thursday1/2 day Friday
