Our ideal candidate has a history of successful media buying on Facebook, a strong interest in digital marketing and is looking for a place to that will challenge them to continually learn and become better professionally - as well as be rewarded for their results.****Overview****Core duties will include identifying opportunities within each campaign to improve performance. The day-to-day tasks include creating, setting up, and launching paid social media campaigns, working with the client services team to build creative assets, videos, and optimize landing pages. This includes analyzing campaign data, optimizing performance, and coming up with new marketing strategies.****Responsibilities***** Plan, manage, and execute digital media buys across on Facebook and Instagram for multiple markets and clients simultaneously.* Continuously monitor campaign performance and return-on-ad-spend (ROAS), while suggesting and executing ongoing optimization strategies to hit and exceed assigned KPIs* Create and analyze campaign performance reports to inform relevant teams* Manage budget allocations and bid parameters to deliver most efficient results* Constantly learn and experiment new effective bidding, ad placement, and management techniques* Develop a collaborative relationship with internal creative team to develop cutting-edge media assets* Perform other related duties as required or assigned****Skills***** Experience in buying media on Facebook is required, Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus* Experience with softwares such as Shopify, Klayvio, Clickfunnels, HYROS, Zapier, ConvertKit, etc.* Must have a personal Facebook profile in good standing (no restricted FB ad access)* Copy and creative writing experience is a strong asset* Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills* Extreme attention to detail* You combine an entrepreneurial spirit with analytical know-how* You are performance-driven, want to take on a high level of responsibility, and work in a high paced, high-growth environment****What We Offer:***** Competitive compensation and an opportunity for growth in a quickly growing company with multiple subsidiaries* Results-Oriented and flexible working policy* Collaborative, transparent, and fun working environment that offers a lot of room for autonomy****Benefits & Perks:***** Paid time off policy including certain holidays, sick time* Health InsuranceTitle Location Employment Basis
