Job DescriptionOur client is hiring several mid to senior level UX Designers in Seattle, WA with at least
five (5) plus years
of experience.

In this role you will collaborate with project teams and clients to understand business requirements for their digital strategy and develop intuitive interactions and easy-to-use interfaces and design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mockups, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of omnichannel digital experiences across web, mobile, social, physical, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, video, and eCommerce..
Work closely with project managers, design, engineering, and quality assuranceBring user-centered design (UCD) process methods to digital solutions from concept to launchIdentify and execute on the best methods for user research and testing within client constraintsWork within an agile methodologyProvide strategic solutions for early-stage project planningIndependently deliver on projects and work with others on teamsHelp the team plan and run effective client workshops and client stakeholder meetingsRequirements
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of design experience agency or consulting with Fortune 500/100A strong portfolio that demonstrates your experience, storytelling, and design presentation skillsPrior experience in reviewing existing systems and processes to identify UX issues and develop UX recommendationsPrior exposure to UX research, including planning, designing, and facilitating user sessions and client workshops, analyzing findings, and articulating resultsExperience with design tools like Sketch, Axure, Principle, Framer, and InVisionWillingness to travel up to 30 percentMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
