The Opportunity:

As the Head of Content at SuperOrdinary, you will be instrumental in leading our live stream operation team, driving day-to-day content production in our studios. This pivotal role encompasses overseeing comprehensive content strategies for various brand partners while maintaining top-notch quality across live streams and videos. Youll spearhead a team dedicated to creating captivating live streams, ensuring exceptional planning, execution, and management across multiple channels to engage viewers and drive sales.

Successful candidates need to have both a brand mindset and creative content production ability.

Job Responsibilities

Leading content quality for SuperOrdinary across Live Stream and Short Form Video ProductionBuild and Manage a team of 5-8 people (content and video production experts)Manage the creative development process from concept to final deliveryOversee the content strategy for different brands, ensure that all creative work meets brand guidelines and quality standardsCommunicate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions

Work closely with the VP of TikTok Operations to manage daily studio operations, focusing on increasing sales revenue and optimizing operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years in a head of content / creative production roleExcellent leadership and project management skillsProficiency in project management software and toolsStrong creative and conceptual thinking skillsGood understanding of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and social media platformsDetail-oriented and a natural curiosity for new thingsExcitement to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

The pay range for this role is between $120,000 - $150,000. Actual pay within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including your residence location and prior work experience. Equity, benefits, and a discretionary bonus may be additional forms of compensation for this role and are not included in the provided pay range.
