Title: .Net Web Developer
Client: Harris Teeter
Visa: USC or GC Permanent Resident
Rate: $60/hour on C2C
Must Haves: SQL, SSIS, Angular, .Net would be a plus
They will need to be onsite from Day 1 in Matthews, NC - onsite for 1 month, then will be fully remote except for 2x/month in office after that. If they have to relocate they will need to be there prior to the day 1.
What are the top 3 must have skills that you need to see on the resume?
4+ years of experience with Angular and web development developing APIs (WS02), how they're integrated w/in an application Team is responsible for developing the
SSIS
packages which is mainly in .NET scripting Strong understanding of
SQL , will be working w/ Microsoft SQL Server Must be willing to learn new technologies and support the team to handle on call hours (1 out of 4 weeks) Connects to every application, all of them are moving off of ASP.NET onto Angular. Will be working on the transition/modernization of API standards
What are some nice to have skills, but not deal breakers if they are missing?
Retail experience Understanding of UI development concepts SSIS, can always learn it on the job
Any red flags to avoid? What are you NOT looking for in a candidate?
Need people that are strong communicators and willing to pitch in. They'll be on call 1 out of 4 weeks, willing to work extended hours if needed. Not common, but need is there and they should be open to doing it.
