If so, we’d love to hear from you!Senior Manager Influencer Marketingtarte cosmetics is seeking a strategic & innovative Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing to join our team! This role will support the Senior Director of Influencer & Media Relations in executing paid & organic influencer marketing initiatives, further developing PR strategy & providing support for events. The ideal candidate is a strong, beauty-obsessed leader with a proven track record in building influencer & PR strategies & managing a team, & thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.Responsibilities:Support the management, coordination & development for all team members under influencer, media, partnerships & events.Partner with Senior Director & Executive team to develop & oversee paid & organic influencer marketing strategies.Collaborate with team coordinators to build & nourish in-house influencer affiliate program & partnerships.Research, vet, brief & contract influencer partners for paid social, campaigns & initiatives that drive strategic brand objectives.Utilize influencer analytics platforms & survey competitive landscape to share insights & trends to help inform best-in-class programmingDrive the creation of a disruptive organic mailing strategy, overseeing campaign mailer ideation, new influencer outreach & daily send outsCreate a PR cadence to identify relevant pitch angles that support product launches, cultural moments & newsworthy press hooksBuild a calendar of key moments in the industry & within the tarte calendar in which to activate in-person eventsIdentify brands to partner with in unique & curated ways.Drive strategy & optimize opportunities for brand founder including speaking engagements, partnerships, press opportunities & more.Support Digital Marketing team in driving TikTokShop programBuild & maintain meaningful relationships with key creators, tastemakers, media & makeup artists- while always on the hunt for new ones!Brainstorm creative ideas & initiatives that could become the next viral or trending storyBuild PR & Influencer strategy for all key product launches & help develop big picture, “always-on” strategy for ongoing, evergreen marketing campaigns as well as brand & retail moments.Support all brand & corporate events.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree required8+ years of experience in paid/organic influencer marketing, PR, and eventsIn depth knowledge of working in paid influencer programsDeep understanding of digital communications landscape & affiliate marketingExperience with TikTok Shops a plusProven experience in leading a teamStrong organizational skills & detail orientedAbility to build and maintain excellent internal and external relationshipsPrior cosmetics industry experience highly preferredExisting relationships with editors, press, and makeup artistsOur Perks:Salary range: $110,000-130,000 (compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill level, relevant work experience & education)Medical, dental, vision, 401k plan & access to health and wellness programsPaid vacation, holidays, summer Fridays, birthdays off, volunteer time & more!Hybrid work policyGratis, employee discount on tarte.com, team give-back initiativesFriendly, fun, creative & collaborative work environment
