About The Role

Position: Full time

Reports to: VP of Marketing

Location: This role will be primarily remote, based in USA (work from home)

TrustCloud is looking for a Product Marketing Manager with a strategic, action-oriented approach to messaging, positioning, product launch and sales enablement. The PMM will report to the VP Marketing, and work closely with sales, product and the rest of the marketing team.

As a part of this role, you will own the following:

Product LaunchDevelop a launch process for new features and products to engage and inform internal and external stakeholdersWork closely with product management to determine timeline and dependencies, and create prospect-and customer-facing collateralTrain the sales team on capabilities and featuresCollaborate with customer success to drive post-launch adoptionDevelop and report on KPIs to measure launch efficacy

Positioning & MessagingClearly articulate the values and benefits of TrustCloud's products to different stakeholdersMaintain a messaging framework that other teams can refer toSocialize messaging throughout the org, and ensure it is consistent across channels including the website

Sales EnablementCollaborate with Sales and CS to determine what materials are needed to facilitate the sales processConduct rigorous assessments of the efficacy of existing materialsPartner with demand gen to receive and share messaging feedback

Voice of the CustomerBecome the champion of our customers needs and experiences for the marketing orgEvaluate language for clarity and authenticity to our customer's experienceIdentify appropriate channels to engage with our prospects and customers

About YouProven Product Marketing experience in B2B enterprise technology, experience in the security space is a plusRepeat success bringing new products to market for a diverse client baseDemonstrated ability to understand customer problems and position a competitively differentiated solutionYou love exploring unique customer challenges and translating the value of a product accordingly.You are curious, inquisitive, and relentless when it comes to becoming an expert in your fieldTechnical and business savvy to interface with all levels and disciplines within the organizationYou can develop sales support and enablement toolsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and to execute independently on a variety of tasksYou love partnering with sales and product!High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
