We develop scalable, intelligent, and trustworthy AIoT solutions to enable inspiring UX for Bosch products and services in application areas such as automated driving, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), robotics, smart manufacturing, enterprise AI, health care, smart home and building solutions.

Originating from the AI research in Silicon Valley, our Visual Analytics & Explainable AI group plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of industrial AI experiences for Bosch products and services. By fusing cutting-edge machine learning, data analysis, and interactive visualization technologies, we research and develop scalable, transparent, and intelligent big data analytic solutions (e.g., audio, images, sensor logs) for a range of domains, including Industry 4.0 (I4.0), IoT, autonomous driving, and connected vehicles. Our award-winning team (IEEE VIS best paper & best paper runner-ups) actively collaborates with leading academic and industry groups to advance research ideas and disseminate findings in top AI conferences and journals, such as IEEE VIS, TVCG, SIGKDD, NeurIPS, AAAI, ICML, ICASSP, Interspeech, and IEEE Signal Processing Magazine.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer for Corporate Communication to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating visual concepts to communicate our corporate brand message effectively to our clients and stakeholders. In addition, the candidate will also be responsible for motion graphic design and video editing for video demos of research prototypes, graphic and interactive design for internal and external presentations, and visual and interaction design for information visualization and data science projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop and design creative concepts, layouts, and artwork for a variety of digital media such as brochures, flyers, social media posts.

Develop graphic and interactive designs for internal and external presentations

Create motion graphics and video demos for research prototypes

Create visual and interaction designs for information visualization and data science projects

Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and communicate our brand message effectively

Collaborate with the communication team to create visual content for different marketing campaigns and events

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

2+ years experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio of creative and innovative design projects

2+ years experience in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

2+ years experience in market communication or corporate communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in motion graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro

Experience in creating graphic and interactive designs for presentations and visual and interaction designs for information visualization and data science projects

Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $40,000 - $70,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
