Bilingual Social Media Strategist
Reports to: Managing Director
Sensis is seeking a Bilingual Social Media Specialist with up to two years of experience to support our DC Earned Media team. The Bilingual Social Media Specialist will work in close partnership with the accounts, strategy, and creative departments, leading social media content efforts for various clients.
Responsibilities
Driving brand voice across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and more by engaging with consumers.
Developing editorial calendars and managing the publishing process.
Writing social media copy for various platforms and audiences.
Communicating with the public by effectively and efficiently managing direct messages, comments, and other community responses.
Monitoring mentions across social channels to inform reporting and to identify engagement opportunities.
Working collaboratively with the creative team to source and develop visual assets.
Leveraging existing assets to maintain an active presence on social channels.
Delivering insights to brands through analytics to impact overall brand communication plans through reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
1-2 years’ experience in social media management and/or community management
Strong understanding of the social media landscape, best practices, and analytics tools
High level proficiency with Microsoft Office and Social Media Reporting Tools
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
Fluent in English and Spanish
