Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Sunnyvale, CA - Onsite
Duration : 06 Months Contract with possible of extension
Employee Communications & Engagement As a Graphic Designer on the Employee Communications & Engagement team, you will collaborate with the Design Manager and communications team members to design and produce employee focused communications.
About You You are a designer with strong fundamentals who enjoys visual communication and problem solving. You want to work for a company that is improving the life of patients and solving challenges in healthcare. You enjoy collaborating with designers and communication specialists to solve visual communication challenges. You have an eye for detail while not losing sight of the bigger picture. You can not only think outside the box, but inside the box as well, and come up with creative solutions within constraints. You are emotionally intelligent and have excellent listening, communication, and analytical skills that help you to adapt in a dynamic, cross-functional environment You help create a team culture in which everyone thrives and can do their best.
What You'll Do Design, layout, and production of employee communications including documents, presentations, emails, microsites, booklets, and event materials Create solutions within brand guidelines Propose design options with sound reasoning Uphold quality standards with an attention to detail Create and edit templates, search for artwork, and input language translations Efficiently organize files
Skills, Experience, Education & Training 2 to 5 years of experience in graphic design/visual communications (in-house, agency, or freelance) Bachelor's degree in graphic design (Visual Communications, Visual Design) Experience working on corporate brands Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Video editing, HTML/CSS coding, UI/UX experience, and illustration skills are a plus
