POSITION SUMMARY

We are in search of a driven and experienced

Senior Architectural Associate / BIM Designer

to join the team as a crucial contributor. In this role, you will play an essential part in enhancing the efficiency of creative design and technical production, overseeing projects from inception to finalization, with a focus on Revit implementation throughout all architectural phases. Key responsibilities encompass project team collaboration, client interaction, coordination with engineering consultants, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIESConceptualize and create innovative and effective designs for a variety of projects from idea/concept to execution.Evolve design concepts through phases from schematic ideas into Construction Documents utilizing Revit 3D BIM modelling with high accuracy, precision & efficiency.Develop architectural plans, sections, elevations & details in organized submissions for owner/contractor/consultant deliverables.Contribute/assist leadership with firm-wide Revit standards, model management, and technical support to other Revit modelers.Prepares complex detailed project drawings using diverse experience and knowledge of architecture principles, practices and advanced techniques.Reviews project drawings and assists in establishing and maintaining milestones/deadlines.Collaborate with staff members and design principals on design approach and details.Explicit desire and evident focus to elevate their personal career through the promotion and expansion of the firm, its works, and its brand, culture and reputation.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONMinimum 5-7 years of post-bachelor degree Architecture firm experienceBachelor's degree in Architecture or another related fieldOrganized, detail-oriented self-starter that can manage multiple projects and deadlinesExpertise to effectively utilize contemporary architectural design software, including Revit & EnscapeThorough knowledge of architectural building systems with the ability to create technical drawings and 3D models in accordance to standard construction techniques and principlesProven track record working with internal design teams and/or agencies to elevate the quality, creativity and deliverables developedTeam player with collaboration and communication skills who can also work autonomouslyDemonstrate quality and thoroughness in all aspects of work performedMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)Photoshop, InDesign, Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp, Lumion, Dynamo
