Fox TV StationsFOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network’s national content.JOB DESCRIPTION
Assign planner assignments, plan, and manage OTT/digital ad campaigns. Help onboard new Planners/Account Managers so they understand best practices and key cross-functional relationships. Lead, manage and proactively grow relationships with key clients and agency partners. Lead product update discussions, educate brands and agencies on FLX new and existing products, advise on best practices to drive optimal performance and groundbreaking campaigns. Partner with Account Executives and marketing throughout the RFP process to develop innovative, insight-driven OTT campaigns on FLX/Fox streaming properties. Lead projects involving complex work streams and cross functional collaboration (internally and externally), optimize campaigns, ensure 100% delivery. Deliver as needed campaign reporting. Including PowerPoint based campaign summaries.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
10+ years of experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on brand marketing, ad tech, or programmatic advertising. Direct report management. Video preferred. Experience with Operative OMS preferred.
Advanced Excel skills, pivot tables. Experience analyzing data sets and delivering actionable insights. Proven experience collaborating effectively with cross functional teams. Expert understanding of advertising performance metrics. Ability to work in fast paced environment and adapt to change. Ability to lead multiple projects with strong attention to detail. Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, written and verbal skills. Knowledge of local TV marketplace and how it is evolving to include OTT.
BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or other related field of study. Existing relationships with senior level client or agency decision makers. Impressive history of delivering on deadlines and obtaining positive reviews. A passion for customer service. Prior team lead or management experience.
