A Sr. Manager, Creative Operations + Resource Mgmt is an important role that ensures optimal efficiency in the Studio as it pertains to workflow, resource management and tools. Highlights of your role

Lead administrative reporting on budgets, analytics, talent and support external resourcing needs as it relates to scoping and onboarding.Ensure licensing, tools, software and hardware needs are met and the team is operating at optimal efficiency.Procedural leadership and documentation for asset consistency, onboarding, risk mgmt. and functional efficiency.Streamline project intake, resource assignment and capacity planning. Help bridge the gap between creative concepting and production by ensuring the right resources are in place to bring the idea to life.Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, purchasing, pricing and print production to ensure the Marvin Creative Studio is operating within Marvin company processes, leveraging the company’s existing technology platforms and innovating where needed for the team.Evolve the Studio’s digital ecosystem: DAM, Project Management and Proofing tool(s), server, file-sharing, etc.You're a good fit if you have

Intense organization skills with the ability to independently manage complex projects.Demonstrated experience organizing information, thinking critically, communicating effectively, and working as part of a team.A strong sense of the creative process required to make outstanding work—from concepting through to production, whether that’s a printed piece or a broadcast spot.A network of freelance resources (designers, writers, print producers, broadcast producers) to tap should we need to supplement our team.Proactive and positive work style with the ability to simplify and socialize effort and results.Strong bias for action, collaborates cross-functionally, willingness to troubleshoot and resilience to push for success.8 - 10 years of experience (min.) in resource or operations management within a creative agency.Your opportunity for better living
