The right candidate will be passionate about experimenting, building, and optimizing efforts across our core marketing channels, helping to generate pipeline and grow revenue.What skills do I need?3 years of performance marketing experience including SEO, display, paid search, and/or paid socialExperience with Google Analytics and/or similar web analytics toolsExperience working in a B2B environment, understanding of key B2B metricsExperience manipulating data, strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Sheets/ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to explain strategy with key collaboratorsInterest in learning more about the manufacturing industryExtra skills (a plus, not a requirement)Agile project management experienceExperience working with website CMS including Wordpress or Craft CMSExperience with Conversion Rate Optimization and improving website UXKey Responsibilities:Build, manage, and optimize paid media across paid search and social channels. Continually iterate and test ad creative, web copy, and landing pages to improve campaign efficiency.Expand marketing campaigns into growing international markets. Work closely with International Marketing Lead to ensure context and cultural nuance is tied into marketing campaigns.Manage search engine optimization efforts including keyword research and content optimization.
