This award-winning company provides an outstanding benefits package and incredible opportunities to grow personally and professionally.The Director of Sales and Marketing functions as the strategic business leader of all Sales, Marketing, and Revenue channels at the resort and plays a crucial role in defining and executing strategies to enhance the resort's market presence. The responsibilities extend to the development and implementation of an annual robust and strategic marketing plan, ensuring the resort's offerings are effectively communicated to the target audience. This position works with the Vice President and General Manager and TPI's Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing to develop, direct, and support the implementation of short/long-term revenue strategies for all resort revenue centers. This includes guest rooms, meeting space, restaurant outlets, retail, spa, and aquatic amenities.In addition to the strategic contributions, this role will be charged with the talent acquisition process for the Sales and Marketing Department. This involves participating in the recruitment efforts, conducting interviews, and making informed hiring decisions to build and strengthen the resort's sales, marketing, and revenue team.
