Marketing Coordinator

you will manage our social media accounts, assist in facilitating marketing operations, and support project management workflows. This role is integral in nurturing our digital community, enhancing brand engagement, and orchestrating events, all while collaborating closely with the marketing team to maintain project timelines and distribute tasks efficiently. This is an entry-level position, but the candidate is expected to have marketing experience or certifications in the field.Core Responsibilities

Manage & schedule posts for our corporate social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, X & TikTok).Assist in CRM Management scheduling e-mail campaigns and managing automations.Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure projects stay on schedule and responsibilities are distributed adequately between personnel utilizing our project management system (ClickUp).Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and maintain relationships with followers and influencers to build brand loyalty.Keep a comprehensive database of marketing materials and media coverage, ensuring easy access and organization of resources for the marketing team.Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for outsourced marketing activities such as printing, advertising, and event management.Stay informed with the latest marketing trends and technologies and seek opportunities for professional development in the field of marketing.Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or 4+ years of professional experience in Marketing.Proficient understanding of social media, email campaigns, event planning and CRM Management.Competency using project management and collaboration tools like Asana, Trello, Slack or ClickUp.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and external partners.Preferred Qualifications

Proficient using ClickUp managing multiple projects.Competency using Salesforce.Experience utilizing Pardot.Salary

This role includes quarterly profit-sharing bonuses as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, retirement planning, and/or other benefits.Base salary range: 52,000 - 64,500.Salary including quarterly profit-sharing bonus and comprehensive benefits program range (annualized): $70,125 - $85,125.Why Work Here?
