Supervises and oversees activities performed by Marketing Department functions including Direct-to-Consumer, Advertising, Social Media, Internal Communications, and Event Sponsorships. Assist in achieving census targets throughout the continuum of care by identifying, developing, and maintaining direct referral relationships in designated target markets.Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Supervises, supports, and motivates graphic design team to achieve goals and enhance positive organizational reputation and visibility in communityWorks with various vendors and consultants to identify marketing opportunities and strategize annual marketing planAssigns team members to conferences/workshops/health fairs, and attends as necessaryCreates routine reports to provide updates to supervisor and Executive CommitteeContinually evaluates effectiveness of marketing strategies through reporting and analyticsManages overall communication for employee newsletter, as requestedProvide updates to ensure that the website has current information related to services, clinicians, contact information, etcProvides support for special projects to the COO, as requestedEvening/weekend hours and some travel may be required.Qualifications

Master’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferredFive years experience with customer service in a health care fieldBasic supervisory skills, basic fiscal management skills and teaching/training experienceRequires excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust be proficient in Microsoft Office productsRequires knowledge of mental health and substance abuse terminologyAbility to maintain highly confidential informationAbility to meet deadlinesCourtesy in dealing with the public and individuals within the hospitalAbility to cope with rejection and criticism is necessary.Ability to exercise discretion and judgment.The client is a psychiatric healthcare system experiencing rapid growth in the Twin Cities and southern Minnesota. With multiple sites across the metro, including locations in Rochester and Mankato, the client has quickly grown to become one of Minnesota’s largest providers of mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and their families.
