Role Summary

CrowdStreet's Marketing Manager supports projects focused on nurturing and converting our core customers. You will work collaboratively within the Marketing department and report directly to the Sr. Manager, Product Marketing.

Primary ResponsibilitiesPartner with Product Marketing Managers and other primary marketing functions including content, design, video production, and website administration, and other teams including Product, Investments, Service, and Sales to coordinate and track important marketing projects.Help manage important Product Marketing assets including messaging maps, market assessments, segmentation maps, personas, and other operating documents.Help facilitate and manage go-to-market strategies, operating across multiple teams and seniority levels.Become the Product Marketing team's subject matter expert on project management tools, such as Asana, to refine communication and operations within the team and in cross-team interactions.Partner with Product Marketing to create compelling creative briefs and overall messaging strategy.Run A/B tests across campaigns and channels to identify important levers of growth that we can scale across the program.Help Product Marketing identify opportunities and challenges within the customer journey and participate in developing solutions.Create marketing content related to specific products offered through CrowdStreet's Marketplace including advertising, social posts, and merchandising.The Experiences That Will Help You Succeed5+ years of relevant experience with an emphasis on product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations.Knowledge and comfort using marketing systems including CRM, project management tools, and automation software.Proficient in software applications such as Powerpoint, Excel, and Word (and GSuite equivalents).CrowdStreet Benefits
