About The Norfus Firm – Statement Of PhilosophyThe Norfus Firm, PLLC, is a boutique consulting firm that offers strategic Human Resources (HR) and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) solutions to clients spanning various industries, backgrounds, and perspectives. The Firm was formed in early 2019 and was the culmination of over 15 years of HR & DEI experience of its Managing Owner, Natalie E. Norfus. Today, we have an alliance of consultants that help round out Natalie’s experience by bringing corporate solutions to clients in areas of people strategies, executive recruiting, executive coaching, wellness practices & programs, and learning experiences.We take pride in becoming part of our client’s businesses for the duration of the projects. We do not provide “off the shelf solutions.” In this regard, we identify needs using a data-driven approach that helps our clients treat HR & DEI like any other business issue when developing a strategy. We do this because we believe our solutions must be authentic to an organization.Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will have a passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work, a strong understanding of effective marketing strategies, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. This is a strategic role that will be responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy for the organization. The Marketing Manager will be involved in creating and delivering a wide variety of marketing campaigns to build (TNF’s) brand awareness and drive leads.Job Duties

Strategic Planning

Developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with the firm’s business goals.Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans in alignment with the firm’s vision and objectives.Collaborate with the Managing Owner and Senior leaders to develop strategic initiatives and ensure alignment in messaging for the firm.Brand Management

Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and communications.Ensure the brand message is consistent, timely, and relevant.Market Research

Conducting market analysis to identify challenges, trends, and opportunities for growth.Work closely with leadership to identify new opportunities for new market campaigns.Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal requirements and ethical standards.Digital Marketing

Oversee all aspects of our marketing and advertising channels, including digital marketing, print, social media, SEO, podcast, and online advertising.Content Creation

Manage and guide the production of marketing materials, from website content to promotional materials.Create a variety of content (webinars, videos, etc.).Campaign Management

Planning and executing marketing campaigns, tracking performance, and adjusting strategies as needed.Manage external relationships, consultants, and marketing partnerships in a collaborative environment.Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to identify new opportunities for new market campaigns.Manage marketing budget and report on the marketing spend to Senior Leadership.Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, podcast, or digital campaigns, and events.Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.Analytics and Reporting

Analyzing marketing data to report ROI and make data-driven decisions.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, Business Administration, or related field suggested but not required.4+ years in Marketing role, with at least 2 years in management.Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.An ability to establish positive staff and professional relationships.A flexible self-starter with strong administrative, organizational, and leadership skills.Proficient using technology including all MS Office applications and marketing software.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to offer innovative approaches to long-standing policies and practices.Approachable, kind, and compassionate.Bilingual in Spanish and/or Creole is a plus, but not required.Strong preference for those with experience in the human resources sector, especially in DEI or related fields.The Marketing Manager is a part-time, non-exempt position. This position reports to the Managing Owner. The salary for this position is between $38 - $45 hourly, depending on experience. The Norfus Firm will provide a $100 home office allowance monthly, a company computer, and a company-issued smartphone. This position is hybrid and requires that all staff work in the office every other Tuesday.
