The role involves working with a team of customer experience representatives to deliver exceptional customer service while also supporting various departments within the company. Day-to-day responsibilities may include answering customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, resolving customer complaints, and providing feedback to other teams to help improve the overall customer experience.Qualifications1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and motivation.Ability to empathize with customers and provide them with a positive experience.Experience with Microsoft Office and various CRM software.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
