The Contents Manager will lead, motivate, and support an expansive content cleaning division to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and staff development. They oversee all activities and reporting measures as it pertains to content to be extracted, cleaned, and replaced by our contents team. PrimaryResponsibilities
• Actively pursue and respond to content pack out & restoration jobs.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer and client experience.
• Manage opportunities for staff development in the content cleaning division.
• Work closely with the general manager to ensure operations remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain project execution documentation and content inspection reporting.
• Utilize ICAT software to maintain customer content.
• Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables.
• Manage a territory to include Servpro of Pulaski & Laurel Counties, Servpro of Northwest and Northeast Cincinnati, and Servpro of Madison, Rockcastle, Garrard, and Lincoln Counties
PositionRequirements
• Effective written and oral communication
• Intermediate math skills
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
• Experience with utilizing ICAT and similar Servpro web-based applications
• High school diploma/GED
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to work in tight spaces (i.e. crawls spaces, attics)
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
PayRate
Competitive salary based on experience.
Compensation: $40,000.00 per year
