PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Suja Juice Crew is a dynamic team of active, outgoing, and knowledgeable individuals, who are passionate about spreading the Suja Love. They live by way of Suja; leading healthy & active lifestyles and are eager to encourage others to live a long, beautiful life by way of conscious nutrition. An integral part of the Field Marketing Juice Crews role is to sample & educate consumers, while creating a memorable experience that will build brand awareness and drive brand loyalty. The Juice Crew is the face of Suja!
This is a part-time position a set number of hours are not guaranteed and are based off of team members availability and Sujas needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Be the face of the brand at events, retail, and sampling opportunities and a credible product and brand expert.Be a social chameleon: approach a variety of strangers and interact in a natural conversation with the goal of developing brand loyalty with the consumer.Be the team player that works and communicates well with other squad members to deliver sampling goals and success shift execution.Take ownership of sampling activations and work with hiring manager to ensure successful preparation and execution for events, samplings, and partnerships.Executes company initiatives and activations as required and directed by hiring manager.Submission & approval of activation reports within specified, required time frame that includes photos, activation results, shift documentation & consumer feedback.Track product and take care of team vehicles and assets.Consistent communication with your lead and managerHave fun! Quick learner with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to a changing environmentExcellent customer service and brand promoting skillsOutgoing and ability to meet and connect with new and existing customersAbility to take initiative and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentRequirements
Must have access to internet & phoneA clean driving record of 3 years must be providedA valid driver's license that is not expired, suspended, or revoked.Must have reliable transportation to get to and from your shiftWorking and Environmental Conditions
Must be able to work under diverse weather conditionsMust be comfortable working outside at storage while also going in the refrigerated cold box where our product is housed.Must be available to attend and actively participate in 2 team meetings or calls per quarterThis is a part time position. Hours are never guaranteed and may flex up and down based on budgets and company strategy.Must be able to work a minimum of 2 weekends per month as agreed upon with your manager, nights, and some holidays.Physical Demands
Must be able to stand and remain mobile for extended periods of time (6+ hours)Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 30-50 lbsIncluding but not limited to event assets, product, coolers, setup and tear down of activations, etc.
