Responsibilities
Collaborate with the VP Brand Creation and the Studio team to define and implement processes, best practices, and project prioritization.Effectively lead and oversee the execution of studio projects, ensuring timely completionAssign projects and establish workback timelines based on business impact and requested dates.Work cross-functionally with marketing and other service units, managing client relationships and maintaining clear communication. Troubleshoot and follow up as needed to ensure client satisfaction.Organize and allocate resources to maximize project outcomes and balance workload distribution.Lead daily team status meetings to align work and priorities, fostering high performance.Collaborate with teams across different regions to ensure project alignment and success.Manage daily workflows, keeping both the studio team and clients informed of project status, risks, and follow-ups.Proactively communicate project status, schedules, and expectations, serving as the voice of the studio.Oversee quotations and project manage external initiatives requiring studio support, such as photoshoots, videos, and design projects.Ensure the delivery of high-quality results at a competitive value.Foster and champion, a culture of curiosity and excellence within the studio's operations
Requirements
Minimum 7 years Project Management and Operations expertise in project management and operational leadership.Proficiency in both verbal and written communication.Customer-Centric Approach. Strong customer/client service mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, understanding their needs and requirements.Cross-Functional Collaboration. Adept at working seamlessly with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and decisive manner.Organizational and Resource Management. Exceptional organizational skills, including prioritization, critical thinking, and the management of multiple projects.Commitment to Excellence. Dedication to fostering a culture of curiosity and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of work.Experience building and implementing new studio departments and processes.Bachelor Degree
