Position Overview

The primary responsibility is to coordinate various marketing programs in conjunction with team initiatives which support the Consumer Bank. This position works independently on a variety of projects, programs and initiatives including the management of the Marketing Support function, management of the bank's Financial Education Program, coordination of Marketing invoicing, budgeting and monthly reporting, participation on bankwide project initiatives assigned by the Project Management Office, brand Merchandising support, major event coordination and legal and compliance approval coordination.

Primary Responsibilities

Independently manages the Marketing Support function of the department including responding to branch office marketing questions/requests, research, re-assignment of requests to other areas of Marketing, etc.Acts as the coordination point for branch questions related to branding, quarterly merchandising and branch appearance.Coordinates the Financial Education program “Financial Insights” for FNB by managing website content, 3rd party vendor relationship (Everfi), associated community sponsorships and CRA related activity by working closely with our Community Development group.Executes more complex Marketing projects and activities that may include working directly with our advertising agency, internal sales team or internal communications group.Oversees and compiles accurate monthly tracking of all marketing invoices, departmental budget management and expenses while balancing back to the line of business general ledger.Provides monthly summary reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and senior marketing leadership team to improve overall expense/cost control for the organization.Coordinates various consumer marketing assignments related to bankwide projects/initiatives assigned to the Consumer Marketing Manager including participation on internal company project teams initiated by the Project Management Office.Provides project coordination for the Manager of Marketing Merchandising including analysis and written communications for the various lines of business and the branch offices in support of branding and office merchandising.Compiles requests to Legal and Compliance areas of FNB for proper review of new marketing materials and makes necessary updates or changes to ensure legal and regulatory guidelines are properly met.Coordinates larger scale marketing events - working in conjunction with the events Marketing Manager to produce quality planning and execution of office grand openings, office open house events and larger corporate sponsorships.Attends local events as necessary and coordinates promotional items and set up.Conducts necessary research related to Special Promotion payout inquiries and customer complaints from branch offices.Escalates certain situations to the Product Management team for assistance in final resolution as needed.Serves as a backup to the Graphics and Digital Designer - coordinating overflow design projects or covering for vacations and other out of office situations.Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by F.N.B.
