If this sounds like the kind of workplace, and the kind of mission, that appeals to you, wed love to talk.Together we can preserve neighborhood flavor, one restaurant at a time.**About the Position:** As our Restaurant Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing lifecycle marketing tools and developing new initiatives, which will include developing the strategy, building new workflows, monitoring the tech stack, and analyzing the results. Using a multi-channel approach, youll be leveraging email, push, and SMS primarily, and work towards expanding into new messaging channels. Your objective is to help deliver the right message to the right person at the right time, with the ultimate goal of helping drive orders and reorders.**About you:** You are a self-starter who understands how to take an idea from start to completion, or find a way to do so. You are excited about data, excels in organization, clear communication and can bring an experienced and experimental mindset to this evolving team. Youre a great growth-hacker, with a relentless focus on customer retention. Youve built successful campaigns from the ground up - through ideation, planning, execution, optimization and reporting.
