OVERVIEW:
The Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for supporting daily store implementation of visual standards,directives & driving consistent visual merchandising standards across House of Sport to achieve the company'sgoals pertaining to brand standards, product presentation and product sell-through.
* Promotes visual merchandising excellence in assigned House of Sport location through understandingof brand strategies, gameplan integrity and thoughtful merchandising.
* Makes adjustments needed to maintain strategies and create elevated presentations.
* Supports House of Sport store team with major gameplan sets by understanding merchandisingstrategies and ensure game plan integrity.
* Partners with store team on solving new merchandising opportunities as product arrives.
* Remerchandises product to maximize sales and reacts to trends, weather and inventory levels.
* Maintains and presents visual displays in a compelling and exciting manner in accordance withcompany directives.
* Maintains daily standards of all mannequins, forms, displays and strike-points of assigned areas.Focuses on Head-To-Toe merchandising, outfitting, accessorizing, newness, trend, and curation topromote and build the basket.
* Utilizes merchandising best practices to maximize space and inventory variability.
* Engages in behaviors that are in line with House of Sport customer service standards, thus providing allathletes with an outstanding store experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-3 years experience
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
