To be successful as a marketing specialist, you must be highly self-motivated, proactive, and have a working knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies in order to execute successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities for Digital Content and Marketing Specialist

Developing marketing campaigns based on research, consumer behavior, and industry standardsDetermining the best ways to reach target audiences through various media channels such as radio, television, magazines, social media, and online advertisementsConducting research to identify potential customers and determine their needs, interests, and buying habitsImplementing a company's marketing plan by designing brochures, catalogs, or websitesPromoting products or services through sales campaigns, trade shows, and public relations activitiesCreating and maintaining an online presence for the company through a website, blog, or social media sites such as Facebook or TwitterAnalyzing data to determine what is working well and what can be improved upon in order to improve performance in future campaignsWorking with designers to create advertisements, brochures, catalogs, or other promotional materialsResearching new trends in technology, industry standards, and customer preferences in order to create effective marketing strategiesQualifications for Marketing Specialist

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field2-5 years of experience in marketingStrong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and content management systemsExcellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysisStrong written and verbal communication skillsSkilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detailStrong prioritization, organization, and project management skillsAbility to travel to the Hamptons occasionally

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (can be flexible)

Supplemental pay types:

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
