We are looking for an experienced Music Business Account Manager to join our team of talented and passionate people in our LA office. This is a full-time position with future growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Include

Effective and appropriate communication with client, client reps, and client employeesAccounts Payable/Receivable review and approvalSupervise team/staff and communicate with Business Manager to coordinate assistance when and where neededAid in team training and workflow organization, set goals for performance and deadlines, monitor productivity and growth against benchmarks; ensure tasks are learned in a timely mannerContinually develop management/leadership skills to maximize team engagement and reduce turnoverPrepare budgets with cash projections, financial reports and supplemental schedules (as directed) in an accurate and timely mannerMaterially prepare and contribute to client meetingsHard ticket settlement tracker review, analysis, and reconciliationOversight of Merchandising statements tracking, analysis and reconciliationCompletion of Individual & Corporate tax projectionsIdentify and proactively manage foreign touring, insurance, and tax mitigation issuesAssist with all day-to-day legwork involved with client real estate transactions, renovation projects, auto and other large purchases, both business and personalAbility to research unique client issues and report to Business Manager with accurate, concise communicationReview and understand various contracts and create summariesRoyalty Statement analysisImportant Skills And Qualifications We Look For Include

A minimum of 3+ years' experience in the Entertainment Industry as an Account Executive/Manager or relevant role in a Business Management FirmA minimum of 4 semesters of college level accounting, including Tax Accounting, and general love of working with numbers is requiredHas good judgment regarding industry social event behavior and exhibits professionalism when representing company in any capacityAble to work independently, prioritize and maintain recurring tasks with minimal supervisionWorking knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Excel and PDFEnjoys working in and excels in a fast-paced environmentPlease include salary requirements in your cover letter.Salary: $79800 - $113000 per year
