We are currently seeking a qualified Director of Product Marketing to join our client's organization and contribute to their ongoing success.Job summary As Director of Product Marketing, you are a strategic thinker and exceptional communicator, with proven experience in conveying value and driving revenue from the platform. You are primarily responsible for product positioning, core messaging, technical content development, competitive analysis, and field enablement materials and training.

Responsibilities:

Serving as an expert on our platform, customer needs, and competitive landscape in order to accelerate adoption and usageWorking with the Chief Marketing Officer and Product teams to create and educate the company on core product positioning and messagingContinually assessing both short-term and long-term differentiators of the platformHighlighting the value of the platform at all stages, from product introduction, to training and adoption, to ongoing marketing effortsAssessing market need /fit and adjusting market positioning accordinglyWriting, developing and producing sales enablement tools and assets to support BDR and account executive teams in their efforts and shorten sales cyclesTraining the field organization on product and positioning in a way that can be easily understood and articulated by all team membersWriting, developing, and implementing marketing materials and campaigns that support revenue-generating activities including presentations, demonstration scripts, product data sheets, white papers, marketing collateral, lead generation programs, blog posts, and email outreach sequencesWorking with customers to understand business requirements for translation into sales tools, and uncovering successes to create case studiesServing as a key spokesperson at conferences and for media and analyst relations opportunitiesRequirements:

Product marketing experience, with deep domain experience in real-time data infrastructure software, data integration, or streaming analytics, preferably at startupsThe ability to understand complex technical features and translate into concise business language, creating crisp and compelling value propositions and messagingDemonstrated passion and success in supporting sales organizations and growing revenueExcellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual) for both internal audiences and external-facing messagingStrategic and self-directedData-driven decisionmakerHands-on experience across a broad range of martech technologiesExcellent teaming, organizational, project management and interpersonal skillsManagement experience to build and manage a team when necessary
