As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a highly motivated & skilled Marketing Manager- Downstream to join our dynamic team.Position Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing exposure and driving sales for the X-PAC Expandable Cage Technology. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, your main responsibility will be to handle product marketing, improve visibility, and implement downstream initiatives. You will plan and execute industry tradeshows and events, create product marketing materials, and launch marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and support sales initiatives.Responsibilities:
Develops and implements all downstream product marketing initiatives including marketing campaigns, collateral creation, white papers, presentations, promotional planning, and sales training tools to ensure effective & consistent messaging.Drive all asset and content creation, starting from briefing stage, in support of brand needs working with our external design vendors.Plans & executes logistics of industry events, tradeshows, and other marketing events.Work closely with cross-functional teams & outside vendors to identify needs and ensure projects are managed through completion.Works as a brand ambassador to ensure consistency across multiple platforms.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.2+ years related experience in medical device marketing or sales.Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced& rapidly growing environment.Strong organization & project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks & events simultaneously.Excellent communication & interpersonal skillsAbility and willingness to travel including some weekends.US based applicants. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.Expanding Innovations, Inc. (EI) complies with all state and federal wage and hour laws. Exact compensation may vary based on candidate’s qualifications, experience, and exact location. $80,000 to $120,000 Full-Time Annual Salary.
