Our ideal candidate will work to strengthen OneGuard's relationship with new and existing customers by providing the best service in the industry.
Duties: • Assist contractors by answering questions about warranty service and coverage • Authorize contractors to proceed with repairs covered by home warranty claims • Process and evaluate contractor invoices for completeness and accuracy • Place orders over the phone or online for warranty parts and services • Process home inspection reports accurately and efficiently
Desired Skills and Experience: • Previous Home Warranty, Contractor, or Construction experience is highly preferred • 2+ years of customer service or quality assurance experience • Service-oriented and collaborative team player with ability to work in a deadline-driven environment • Strong attention to detail • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
