**San Leandro****Retail Marketing & Event Coordinator**The **Retail Marketing & Event Coordinator** participates in the planning and execution of events at our Bay Area restaurant locations, and supports Drakes participation at community events throughout the Bay Area, including beer donation requests. The Retail Marketing Coordinator will also assist in content creation for Drakes retail social media channels and well as coordinating our beer donations.Reports to: Retail Marketing ManagerType: Full-time, Non-ExemptPay: Salary**Responsibilities*** Participate in the planning and coordination of special events and promotional activities at Drakes Barrel House and Dealership* Assist in the building of relationships with and collaboration with local vendors to accomplish specific image, budget, and dcor goals of events* Manage event set-up, check-in, and tear down process.* Capture photo and video content for publication on Drakes retail social media channels under the direction of the Retail Marketing Manager.* Review and respond to incoming beer donation requests. Ensure the requests meet CA ABC regulatory requirements and coordinate product pickups.**Requirements*** Demonstrated experience in multi-tasking, creative problem-solving and working well under pressure.* Photography and photo editing techniques that demonstrate a basic understanding of good composition, color, and lighting for optimal engagement.* Experience using and maintaining draft beer equipment is a plus.* Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
