MBR Partners are proud to represent our client's search for a US , California or Seattle based Sales Director for its client who are providing critical solutions to Enterprise, Messaging Service Providers (MSP) and Communication Service Providers (CSP) by delivering creative, strategic services critical to streamlining operations and reducing operating costs. The company was founded 20 years ago delivering phone number portability, signaling routing control and fraud prevention data services for companies in the messaging and fraud preventation arenas. Today, as communications networks continue to transform, that includes the likes of Microsoft ; Meta ; Amazon and such like.We are headhunting a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of US Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy in the United States, driving revenue growth, and establishing strong relationships with key customers in the Messaging and Communications industry.

Our client is a leading provider of signaling and routing control solutions for telecommunications operators globally. Our innovative and scalable solutions enable carriers to manage and optimize their signaling networks, paving the way for the deployment of advanced communication services.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of US Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy in the United States, driving revenue growth, and establishing strong relationships with key customers in the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

Lead and manage the US sales team, providing strategic direction, guidance, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Revenue Generation:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the US market, meeting or exceeding established targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats. Provide insights to support decision-making.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to customer engagement.

Sales Process Optimization:

Continuously assess and optimize the sales process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Forecasting and Reporting:

Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management.

Contract Negotiation:

Lead negotiations for major contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the client.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the telecommunications or technology industry.

Strong understanding of phone number intelligence is highly desirable.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
