Sales Manager Job Responsibilities:
Serves customers by selling services and meeting customer needs.Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Your Specific Duties In This Role Will Include
Create, implement and manage the company's marketing and sales strategy to grow sales pipelineTake a leading role in community networking to expand sales pipelineRespond to job leads in a timely mannerManaging the CRM and Marketing campaignMaking outbound calls to potential customers.Utilizing our dispatching and schedule management softwareReturning customer calls as needed and following up with past customersPerforming paperwork and filing dutiesAssist in solving operational issues as they arise to ensure a smooth customer journeySpecific Qualifications For The Role Include
High school diploma or GED1-3 years of administrative assistant/scheduling experienceComfortable with salesAdaptive to technologyStrong customer service skillsSolid typing skills; ten-key skills, a plusGreat prioritization skillsExceptional communication skillsSales and/or Marketing - a basic understanding of sales and marketing and the differences between the two, a plusCall center experience, a plusPast use of sales scripts, a plusWork Hours & Benefits Ace Handyman Miami's hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. We are closed on Federal Holidays.
