As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager with ReliaQuest, you will be responsible for developing and driving revenue generating marketing efforts with industry-leading partners to expand our reach within our addressable market.

You will develop the overall partner marketing strategy, create partner-specific marketing campaigns to significantly increase the visibility of our offering, and oversee the creation and curation of marketing collateral for partner enablement. Your day-to-day will focus arming our partners to sell on our behalf and executing creative co-marketing initiatives that keep partners engaged and motivated to sell our solutions. A good fit for this role will be someone with experience marketing to and through partners, can think creatively about ways to engage the partner community, and someone focused on measuring the impact of their activities.

The everyday hustle:

Develop partner-specific marketing plan and campaigns in support of organizational pipeline and revenue goals.Maintain and drive relationships with existing channel and strategic partners to drive awareness, engagement, and demand while maintaining joint accountability and joint benefit for ReliaQuest and its partners.Work closely with channel and strategic partner sales team and align on pipeline and revenue attainment strategy.Support the enablement of partners to ensure our offering is well positioned and partners understand the business opportunity working with ReliaQuest.Maintain strategy and build of partner portal platform including content curation and to-partner communication strategy.Collaborate across business development, product marketing, and campaign managers to leverage and augment content to be shared with the partner ecosystem.Assist with resource and budget optimization with regard to co-marketing activities, events, partner training/enablement and advocacy.Develop relevant KPIs for campaigns, analyze performance to determine ROI and identify opportunities for improvement and strategies for continued growth.Do you have what it takes?

Bachelor's Degree required.Direct partner marketing experience (4-6 years preferred) at an innovative, fast-paced technology company.Experience developing and managing B2B Partner Marketing campaigns, programs, platforms, content creation and strategies.Experience working with CRM, marketing automation and PRM technologiesAbility to translate insights into actionable recommendations and decision-making.Exceptional project management and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize independently, and delegate tasks when appropriate.Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast paced environment and manage multiple programs at one time.Ability to manage budgets and an aptitude for engaging across multiple teams and internal/external stakeholders to drive efficiency and optimum outcomes.Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Able to travel when required.What makes you uncommon?
