Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing impactful marketing strategies for our classroom furnishings and active play products. This role encompasses content creation, visual storytelling, collateral development, and product launches. By developing compelling product positioning and messaging, coordinating successful launches, and supporting our sales teams, you will contribute significantly to our market presence and overall success.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Experience in related field. Associate degree preferred.

Proficiency in Adobe programs, Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Familiarity with Canva and AI-powered marketing tools is preferred.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in using marketing tools.

Collaborative mindset for effective cross-functional teamwork.

Motivated to work with minimal supervision.

Ability and desire to grow in the position and accept more responsibility.

Ability to take initiative in providing new ideas to improve process efficiencies.

Ability to maintain consistent attendance, arriving on time and prepared for all shifts, meetings, and appointments.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES, EXPECTATIONS, AND BEHAVIORS

include, but are not limited to, the following:

Content Creation: Assist in crafting persuasive marketing copy for digital channels, including landing pages, email campaigns, website content, and paid advertising.

Product Messaging: Help develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience and sets us apart in the market.

Product Launches: Execute successful launch campaigns, maintaining the Product Onboarding sheet for reference.

Sales Support: Help create sales materials and provide training to internal teams for a consistent approach to selling our products.

Market Analysis: Monitor product performance, competitor products, pricing, and marketing strategies to refine our own strategy.

Website Management: Ensure the accuracy of our company website, including product pages and feature descriptions.

Creative Asset Management: Maintain a library of creative assets for easy access and utilization in marketing materials.

Tradeshow Coordination: Coordinate and represent the company at trade shows and events to showcase our products.

In office attendance is an essential function of this position.

WORKING CONDITIONS

The essential functions of this job require the employee to perform the following physical activities:

Regular use of PC, laptop, copier, fax, and other general office equipment.

Ability to access all areas of the facility to perform essentials functions of the position.

Noise level for this environment is low to moderate.
